Reading for pleasure is a reading activity that is carried out voluntarily to choose what kind of reading model to read and when to read it. So, it can be concluded that reading for pleasure is for pleasure, and this is related to efforts to achieve literacy at school.

How could that be? Because readers do not only read the text but they also reread it to be able to answer questions that arise such as how something happened, then the reader also asks the theme of the narrative as well as the production of knowledge and social discourse.
